Sachs Capital targets private investment opportunities that are too small or do not meet the investment criteria for, or are otherwise overlooked by, larger, institutional venture capital and private equity funds.  Sachs Capital is a patient and value-add investor that acquires equity positions in private operating companies in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Our investment philosophy reflects a belief in long term capital appreciation with controlled operating and financial risk.  We are a disciplined investor with a strong focus on valuation, business fundamentals, superior management and proper corporate governance.
